How do I convert the demo version to the full version?

First purchase a license and release code
Then go to "Help->Enter release code" from the menu.

Where can I find out more about the principles of web graphics?

There is a good set of articles, tutorials and information at the builder click here.

Does Image Optimizer replace JPEG Optimizer?

Yes. However you can continue to use JPEG Optimizer as well if you prefer. Currently each Image Optimizer license includes one JPEG Optimizer license.

Image Optimizer doesn't work with Eudora E-Mail?

You need to enable this functionality in Eudora. Go to Tools->Options. Scroll down the list of Categories and select MAPI. Set Use Eudora MAPI server to always. Click here for a picture.

How do I upgrade Image Optimizer?

1. Download the latest version.
2. If you have an early version (prior to 1.10) Un-install the old version.
3. Install the new version by running the self extracting archive (xatio.exe)
4. Run up the program and check the About box. If the program is not the full version, press the purchase button and type in the code. If you have lost your code or need a replacement email info@xat.com.

How do I get a Digimarc ID to use with Image Optimizer?

You can get a Digimarc ID at the Digimarc website.

Are there any other languages available?

Image Optimizer includes English, German and French. Additionally Arabic has been provided by Awadh A Al-Ghaamdi; Czech by Kuritka Volny Turkish by Çağlar YEŞİLYURT and Hüseyin Anıl Uğurerkan; Chinese by Dreamy and Traditional Chinese by Joanna Chen.
